I Pledge
As part of our ‘Fast Track Cities’ partnership we have developed a new project ‘I Pledge To:…’ that asks people to ‘Pledge’ to:
- Wise up– learn the facts of HIV
- Speak up– when they see or hear HIV stigma and,
- Reach out– around HIV stigma.
Our team are happy to visit workplaces and engage staff members in friendly, meaningful conversations about HIV, dispelling myths and sharing facts about HIV and how treatment has changed.
We don’t ask anyone to sign up to anything, just ask that you make a real effort to think about how we can all play our part to reduce HIV stigma.
If you experience or witness stigma you can let us know about it
Keep an eye on our socials for more information on future events.
We all have a part to play
Modern HIV treatment means people living with HIV can live as long and as well as anyone else.
Effective treatment means HIV can’t be passed on
Stigma is more harmful than HIV
