Launch of the Charter of Rights for People Affected by Substance Use

The National Collaborative’s Charter of Rights for People Affected by Substance Use was launched on 11 December 2024 with the support of Scottish Government and the First Minister of Scotland; the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care; the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) and a range of international and local experts in Human Rights, Drug and Alcohol Policy. This video captures some of the launch footage and reflections, hopes and commitments made by a range of delegates on the day. A copy of the Charter and its Toolkit are available here
